Duane Betts West Hollywood Concert reviews
Rod Stewart Stevie Nick
Stevie's performance was below average. She seemed unrehearsed, either forgot words or missed her cues several times. She had to start over on one intro because she missed her cue. She played for only one hour. She commented early that she was disappointed she wouldn't spend the night in town, then mumbled something about having to fly out right after the show, weird.
Rod's show was very good, albeit very short, 90 minutes. This show was by far the least favorite of the 6 or 7 times we have seen him.
When Stevie was supposed to come on stage with him to sing, she didn't show. Mumblings in the crowd of the two rockers not getting along ignited.
We saw on the review from the previous night's show later that the duet portion of Rod's show with Duane Betts was terrible.
